Colorado's Nick Williams puts team on notice to step up or be replaced

In this story:
Colorado assistant coach Nick Williams ended practice on Wednesday by telling the Buffaloes players he was proud of their efforts during the week. He felt the defense especially stepped it up by doing the intangibles. But he also put everyone on notice similar to Deion Sanders' 'Louis Luggage' speech before the season.
"Coach Prime told us the time is now," Williams said via Well Off Media. "We don't have time for the bull****. We have to get better now. We have to win now. This is what I see.I think some of you are not taking advantage of your opportunity.Y'all not seizing the moment and you know I keep it real with y'all, right? I don't ever lie to y'all boys. Y'all not taking advantage of your opportunity and you're going to look up and there's going to be someone else in those seats."
He went on to say, "Take advantage now. Before I and we bring someone else in here who will."
Williams brings the message with a lot of love. However, he knows the Buffaloes need to improve at a rapid pace and aren't happy with a 4-2 record on the year. It's going to take everyone digging in and doing their job.
Colorado's at a turning point in the season with two wins needed for the postseason. It starts with a Friday the 13th feature and Stanford coming to Folsom Field for what's likely the last meeting as conference foes. The Buffs are heavily-favored in the matchup with the Cardinal looking for their first Pac-12 win. A late kickoff at 10 p.m. ET on ESPN.
