Colorado players have jewelry stolen from locker room at UCLA

UCLA police is currently investigating the incident from the Rose Bowl on Saturday night

At least five Colorado Buffaloes football players had jewelry and other valuables stolen out of the locker room at the Rose Bowl on Saturday night. The heist happened sometime during UCLA's 28-16 win over CU with thieves reportedly breaking into the facility.

A video shot by Well Off Media shows the Buffs players outside the locker room after the game talking about the incident. The thieves made off with at least three diamond and gold chains worth thousands of dollars. Colorado coach Deion Sanders didn't address the subject during his postgame press conference.

No word on how the incident occurred during the course of the game. BuffsBeat reached out to UCLA police who said they were investigating the matter, but provided no further details. It's the latest in a string of unfortunate incidents in the Pasadena area this year. The amount of crime has reportedly skyrocketed in the 'Valley of Roses' to alarming levels.

Colorado returns home to face No. 16 Oregon State this weekend.
