After sitting courtside and watching the NBA World Champion Denver Nuggets conquer the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday night's NBA Tip-Off, Colorado Buffaloes stars Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter look to duplicate the same energy for their final five games. It's going to be a tough task with four ranked opponents on CU's schedule

The Buffs would have preferred to enter the bye week with a strong win against Stanford, but took a heartbreaking double overtime loss on Friday the 13th. They came out the off week rested and focused on their next opponent, No. 23 UCLA. CU attempts to look like the same team that started out the season while also looking to decrease and erase mistakes and errors that have cost them three out of the last four contests.

One of the main focal points that Colorado needs to prioritize their focus is establishing a run game in this competition while also attempting to neutralize the Bruins run game who are tied for 8th-best in the nation in rushing yards. The Buffs will need to play a disciplined game throughout all four quarters as UCLA also boasts the 8th-best defense, which is ranked 2nd in takeaways.

Chip Kelly will keep his eye on Hunter constantly throughout the game as the star two-way player resumes with his stellar play on both ends. It's the first meeting between Kelly and Deion Sanders. It's likely the last conference contest between the Bruins and Buffs on Saturday, Oct. 28. Both teams are moving to their respective conferences after this season, with Colorado headed to the Big 12 and UCLA off to the Big Ten.
