Colorado wearing new uniform combination against Nebraska

The Buffs are going less traditional for the rivalry game

The No. 22 Colorado Buffaloes will be featuring a new uniform combination for the "Red Letter" rivalry with Nebraska.

A black jersey with metallic black helmet and white pants for Deion Sanders' home debut. It's unlike anything Colorado has worn before. A pretty decent addition after many speculated if the Buffs would be sticking to a more traditional look. The jersey and pants are opposite from CU's 1994 "Miracle in Michigan" combination, except without a gold helmet.

It's a remix of sort after CU rocked the "all-white" Stormtrooper set in last week's upset win at TCU. The Buffs entered the Champions Center this morning with new suits from Michael Strahan and designed by Deion Sanders himself.

Colorado welcomes Nebraska into Folsom Field for the 100th home opener. Kickoff is set for noon ET on FOX.
