Deion Sanders brings in Marines for next-level military drills

Coach Prime wants to see who's ready to go beyond the call of duty
In this story:

The Colorado Buffaloes had a few special guests at the Champion Center practice field on Wednesday morning. None other than members of the United States Marines Corp, who ran Coach Prime's players through the ringer. The entire grueling process was captured by Well Off Media.

While some of the Buffs carried their own weight, other we're deadlifted by their teammates. Similar to how wounded soldiers would be carried out on a battlefield. By far one of the most rigorous workouts to date by Deion Sanders and his staff. We've heard about previous coaches going 'Rocky' style and hiking up the mountains in the snow, but this was advanced team bonding exercise.

It was a true test of strength and will for the entire Buffs team. Travis Hunter still had energy after it was all said and done. The Paul Hornung Award winner crawled, bear walked, and ran all over. As for Shedeur Sanders, CU's offensive leader seemed like he was ready to hit his second wind. Buffaloes five-star offensive lineman Jordan Seaton went steady, carrying boxes of ammo down the field.

Brigadier General Ryans II and Sergeant Major Levy also got the opportunity to speak to the players afterwards. Sanders and the Buffs are preparing to finalize the 2024 roster with a few additions still to be added. National Signing Day will make it all official on Wednesday, Feb 7.
