Deion Sanders has returned to campus a few days after a second surgery to remove blood clots.

The 55-year-old Colorado Buffaloes head football coach, who had an initial procedure almost a month ago, appeared to be in great spirits with his left foot elevated on his desk.

Coach Prime missed Pac-12 Media Day on Friday while he recovered from the operation. Buffs defensive coordinator Charles Kelly accompanied Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter in Las Vegas. The rest of the Colorado players stayed behind for conditioning drills and a local media day.

A video posted by Well Off Media shows the return of Prime on Tuesday.

Bucky AKA Deion Sanders, Jr. found his father jamming out in his office while walking around CU's athletic complex. Coach Prime was hospitalized for at least a day while he was recovering.

Colorado is now 39 days away from the start of the 2023 football season. The Buffaloes open on the road in Fort Worth against national runner-up TCU in FOX's Big Noon Game of the Week.
