Deion Sanders says lockers will be cleaned out if players don't return on time

Coach Prime hopes the Buffs rest and relax over the bye week, but better be back on time

The Colorado Buffaloes are enjoying some well-deserved time off this week. They'll regroup in Boulder on Sunday morning before preparing for 25th-ranked UCLA. Deion Sanders was very direct with his players about what will happen if they show up late returning from the break. He explained the process while visiting with Lance Armstrong in his office last week.

"We'll practice Sunday. So, they'll have to be back Saturday night," Sanders said via Reach The People. "They know if they're a minute late their locker will be cleaned."

Colorado moves past the historically bad loss over Stanford from two weeks ago. Sanders took it personally and vowed the Buffs would rebound in the final five weeks of the season. He told Armstrong and his family he slept in his office after the double overtime debacle with the Cardinal on Friday the 13th. Sanders' level of commitment towards excellence at CU is truly unmatched.

Colorado heads to Pasadena to face 25th-ranked UCLA on Oct. 28. It's another sellout venue for Sanders and the Buffs. They'll also be featured in ABC's  primetime lineup next week. It's part of the 'Prime Effect' in full swing.
