The Washington Wizards (4-20) are struggling. But they snapped a six-game losing skid on Friday night via a 137-123 home win over the Indiana Pacers (13-10), thanks in large part to a versatile performance by former Duke basketball one-and-done point guard Tyus Jones.

Jones finished with 13 points, 10 rebounds, 11 assists, two steals, two blocks, and only two turnovers across his 29 minutes on the floor. He shot 6-for-7 from the field and 1-for-2 from downtown.

It marked the second triple-double of his career. His first came eight months ago when he was with the Memphis Grizzlies.

The durable 27-year-old, a reserve and fill-in starter across his first eight years in the league after hearing his name at No. 24 overall in the 2015 NBA Draft, has played and started in all 24 games for the Wizards this go-round after getting traded from the Grizzlies in June.

His 11.2 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 26.8 minutes per game are career highs, along with his 51.4 field goal percentage.

In each of the past five seasons, Tyus Jones has led the league in assist-to-turnover ratio. And he's on track to do so again. The 2015 Duke basketball national champion's 6.4 ratio ranks No. 1 among players with at least a dozen appearances this season.

He and the Wizards next travel to face the Phoenix Suns and Jones' former Blue Devil teammate, Grayson Allen, at 8 p.m. ET Sunday.
