All eight 2025 recruits holding an offer from Duke basketball head coach Jon Scheyer are five-star talents. Even so, several four-star high school juniors are on the Blue Devils' radar. They include The Phelps School (Pa.) wing Will Riley, who isn't far from achieving five-star status with his No. 29 ranking on the 247Sports 2025 Composite.

On Tuesday, Riley informed 24/7 High School Hoops that Duke is among the 11 schools he's currently hearing from in his recruitment. The others he named are Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Seton Hall, Texas Tech, and Villanova.

Thus far, the 6-foot-8, 180-pound smooth weapon has landed more than a dozen offers but has scheduled only one official visit: to Arizona the first weekend of March.

Here's an assessment of Will Riley's skillset that 247Sports' Adam Finkelstein published after watching the creative bucket-getter record a 40-point performance at the Jordan Holiday Classic in New York City the last week of December:

"Riley is a budding big playmaker with terrific wing size and good instincts. Whether it's learned or instinctive, he has some very real craft when he's in attack mode, particularly with his footwork. He elongates his strides to go through the lane, has a lot of step-throughs to get to his finish, and just a knack for finding a path (even at his size).

"There's also clear shooting potential and an occasional flash of passing ability. Physically, he has terrific size, but a long way to go before he fills out. He's benefitting from a ton of freedom here as Phelps lets him operate entirely on the perimeter and even allows him to initiate offense at times, but to his credit, he's stretching the boundaries of his game without being careless or wasting possessions."

The eight undecided 2025 Duke basketball targets — again, all composite five-stars ranking inside the top 20 — are forwards Cameron Boozer, Koa Peat, Caleb Wilson, and Nate Ament, plus guards Cayden Boozer, Meleek Thomas, Brayden Burries, and Jalen Haralson.
