Florida announced on Wednesday that its first four games of the 2023 season will be played under the lights, revealing kickoff times and broadcasting information for its Week 1 road matchup with Utah and three home contests to follow.

The Gators will take on the Utes at 8:00 P.M. ET on Thursday, Aug. 31 in Salt Lake City, Utah, opening Billy Napier's second season as Florida's head coach with the second bout in a home-and-home series between the SEC and Pac-12 programs. It will be aired on ESPN.

Florida defeated Utah in the first head-to-head, 29-26, in Gainesville, Fla. to kickstart the Gators' 2022 campaign.

Florida will then host McNeese State at 7:30 P.M. on Sept. 9, at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, beginning a three-game home stretch with a game against its lone FCS foe of the year. The meeting will be broadcast on ESPNU.

The Gators' Southeastern Conference slate will begin in Week 3 against the Tennessee Volunteers, at 7:00 P.M. ET on Sept. 16, with UF looking to avenge a 38-33 loss to UT last year that snapped a five-game winning streak in Florida's favor. The annual rivalry will be televised on ESPN.

Florida will then complete its two-game list of non-Power 5 opponents against Charlotte at 7:00 P.M. ET on Sept. 23. ESPN+ and SEC Network+ will stream the matchup.
