Florida senior wide receiver Ricky Pearsall has accepted an invitation to the 2024 Reese's Senior Bowl, the annual prospect bowl game announced via social media on Sunday evening.

Pearsall revealed last week that the Senior Bowl, as well as the East-West Shrine Game, had come calling to reserve the talented receiver a spot on their rosters in the upcoming early offseason.

"Coach [Billy] Napier gave me my Senior Bowl invite yesterday, and he gave me the Shrine Bowl one two weeks before that," Pearsall shared with reporters on Wednesday. "It will be incredible to do that."

Pearsall transferred to UF ahead of the 2022 season following three years at Arizona State, where he enrolled as a product of local Chandler (Ariz.) Corona Del Sol. He quickly emerged as a go-to target of quarterback Anthony Richardson's a year ago and maintained that status, perhaps even further solidifying it, paired with quarterback Graham Mertz in 2023.

Over two seasons with the Gators, Pearsall has produced 97 receptions for 1,609 yards and nine touchdowns. His 64 catches for 948 yards this year are both career highs.

In his five-year collegiate career, Pearsall has compiled 158 receptions for 2,403 yards and 14 touchdowns, to go with 21 rushes for 253 yards and five scores and 15 punt returns for an average of 10.2 yards per attempt.

Perhaps most memorably, Pearsall entered the catch of the year conversation, at minimum, for the below grab against Charlotte in Week 4 of the 2023 campaign.

Florida sent two players to the Senior Bowl a season ago, offensive linemen Richard Gouraige and O'Cyrus Torrence.
