Other than Kadarius Toney and players previously ruled out for the year, the Gators should be their at their healthiest since Week 2.

With legitimate competition finally on the Florida Gators' doorstep, the team has nursed its way back to nearly full health.

Gators head coach Dan Mullen told the media over the weekend that, other than players who are out of the 2019 season as well as wide receiver Kadarius Toney, the team should be fully healthy against the seventh-ranked Auburn Tigers on Saturday.

"There were some guys that were on the edge this week, we sat them all injury-wise," Mullen stated. "They were right on the edge, we were going to stretch to get them in there to go play but we didn't... But we expect everybody else back next week."

Cornerback C.J. Henderson, defensive end Jabari Zuniga, safety Shawn Davis, and wide receiver Freddie Swain all missed Florida's victory over the Towson Tigers as they recovered from injury. While Davis and Swain (undisclosed) only missed the Towson matchup, Henderson and Zuniga have both been treating ankle sprains for the last couple of weeks. Their returns provide a huge boost for Florida's already-dominant defense.

Toney suffered a shoulder injury against the UT-Martin Skyhawks in Week 2 and has been absent from the field since. He's been seen wearing a sling for his shoulder on the sidelines, and Mullen said that Florida "won't get him for two or three weeks. We expect him back after the bye [week]." That bye week comes prior to the Florida vs. Georgia game on November 2nd in Jacksonville, FL.
