Florida State was defeated by the Miami Hurricanes, 36-14, on Saturday night in Hard Rock Stadium. The Seminoles trailed wire-to-wire as the offense failed to record 300+ total yards for the 11th consecutive game dating back to last season. Plus, FSU has still yet to put 20 points on the scoreboard since the season-opener 64 days ago.

Following the defeat, head coach Mike Norvell met with the media to express his disappointment. Norvell spoke on the performance of Brock Glenn and Luke Kromenhoek as well as the many mistakes that Florida State committed in its first loss to Miami since 2020.
