FSU Quarterback Jordan Travis Shares Positive Message Ahead Of Game Against Clemson

The Florida State Seminoles have an opportunity to show their resilience in Week 4 against Clemson.

The Florida State Seminoles snuck away with a win in Week 2. Boston College scored 19 unanswered points in the latter half of the matchup, but Florida State did just enough to come away with the 31-29 win.

Given the fact that the Seminoles were supposed to run away with the game -- which seemed to be the case after they battled a slow start to take a 31-10 lead late in the third -- this was an upsetting game for Seminoles fans.

Jordan Travis, who is a veteran college quarterback, posted a positive message on Monday morning as FSU moves on to Clemson.

"3-0. Time to learn and get better."

The team won, and Travis still has the self-awareness to understand that they've got to get better if the team wants to achieve their goals. They're still one of the most talented groups across the nation, and it was a notoriously bad week for plenty of the top programs in the nation.

Last year, the Seminoles were solid outside of a three-game stumble. They've avoided a loss at all in this young season, but the idea of letting one game impact the other is something that needs to be attacked.

Florida State has the opportunity to bounce back in a huge way on Saturday. They take on Clemson, where they can come out with energy to end a losing streak against the Tigers to get back on track, like most top-five teams would in this situation.

There's a gross taste in the team's mouth that can go away with a dominating victory, and FSU can build up even more momentum moving forward by simply taking care of business on a weekly basis.

The Seminoles have the ability to see themselves up nicely to win the ACC and lobby for a College Football Playoff appearance, and a dominating win against Clemson would set them up even better to do both of those things.
