Florida State To Honor 65+ Former Players During 2013 National Championship Celebration

A ton of Seminoles, including some legendary names, will be back in Tallahassee for the 10-year anniversary of the 2013 national championship team.

There will be a lot to celebrate on Saturday evening in Tallahassee. Florida State will be holding Senior Day during the final home game in Doak Campbell Stadium in 2023 against North Alabama. The Seminoles will also be honoring a large number of players from the 2013 National Championship team when the Lions come to town.

69 former players from the team are expected to be honored during the contest. Most of those Seminoles, including some legendary names, were alongside the team on Friday night for the festivities prior to the game.

FSU finished 14-0 under former head coach Jimbo Fisher. The Seminoles outscored their opponents by an average of 39.5 points per game (723-170) and won 13 of their 14 games by 14 points or more. The team won the final BCS National Championship after taking down Auburn, 34-31.
