Former FSU Football Legend Deion Sanders Jogs for the First Time After Multiple Surgeries
Former Florida State star and now Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders has remained in the spotlight for quite some time, dating back to his day as a Seminole. Coach "Prime" spent 14 seasons in the NFL with two Super Bowl wins before becoming a media personality and eccentric head coach.

This past year seems to have been up and down for Sanders; the Buffaloes started their season toppling a second-ranked TCU team before slowly falling to a 4-8, 1-8 season during his first year at the helm.
While the success hasn't immediately shown on the field for the 56-year-old Hall of Famer, small milestones with his health issues have. He's been consistently in and out of the hospital dealing with circulation issues due to blood clots, even going as far as having his toes amputated.
SportsCenter shared his progress in a video on Instagram of him slowly being able to pick up a fast walk into a jog while sharing his appreciation for the journey he's been on.
"This is the first time I've run. I run out for my team," Sanders said. "But this is the first time I've actually jogged and reflected on all the turbulent times: 11 surgeries, multiple hospitals. God is so great."
While you may not be seeing Sanders high-stepping down the sideline anytime soon, just a little under six months after he went under the knife to clear up a blood clot and straighten two toes that were causing him pain, he continues to make strides in what seems to be a never-ending surgical battle for the legendary athlete.
