Spring and summer are coming to an end if you live outside of the southeast, which means fall football is steadily approaching. Florida State opens the season against the LSU Tigers on September 3 in Orlando, Florida, inside Camping World Stadium (ABC), and football fans across the country will be tuning into what should be a top-10 showdown.

The Seminoles recently released their fall camp practice schedule in preparation for the 2023 season, including a familiar trip to Jacksonville, Florida, to practice at UNF.

The 'Noles will begin Thursday, August 3, and continue daily until Sunday, August 6, marking their first day off. Head coach Mike Norvell quarterbacks coach Tony Tokarz and student-athletes are expected to give interviews throughout the first stretch.

The following Monday, the Seminoles will practice for another three days until their annual two-day trip to UNF, August 10-11 concluding with a rest day.

On Sunday, August 13, FSU will hold its first scrimmage of camp, followed by another day off. The scrimmage will be closed to the media, but Norvell and the coordinators will speak afterward.

Practice ramps back up again Tuesday, August 15, and continues daily with position coach and player interviews afterward until the second scrimmage, which is closed to the media on Sunday, August 20.

After a two-day break, camp resumes on Wednesday, August 23, and will continue until Norvell and the coordinator's preseason press conference on Monday, August 28th.

Tuesday, the team begins another stretch of practices leading up to the LSU season opener on September 3rd. The 28th, 29th, and 31st are the only practices during that time that the media is allowed to attend.
