No. 4 Florida State's Road Game In Death Valley Against Clemson Sells Out
The No. 4 Florida State Seminoles and the Clemson Tigers game have sold out in Death Valley in a battle for the ACC. Florida State heads into South Carolina as two-point favorites and will look to show the country that they are still a top team after a near upset against Boston College a week ago.
The Tigers intend to reclaim conference contention after a rocky start in a 28-7 blowout loss to the Duke Blue Devils, and 81,500 'Noles and Tigers will be there to witness this historic matchup. The Seminoles seek to remain undefeated before a much-needed bye-week to cap off the first quarter of the 2023 season.

FSU quarterback Jordan Travis will take the field with a quarterback rating of 87.9, 739 passing yards, eight touchdowns through the air, and another 96 rushing yards with a score on the ground this season. Clemson's Cade Klubnik has 693 yards and eight scores to two interceptions with a quarterback rating of 43.4.
Both teams field heavy-hitting defenses, with FSU's defensive end Jared Verse and defensive tackle Fabien Lovett, Sr., leading the way to help stop CU's running back Will Shipley. On the Tigers' side of the ball, players like defensive end Xavier Thomas and linebacker Jeremiah Trotter, Jr. will have to step up if they want to pressure Travis and Florida State's lethal offense.
This bout of two powerhouses will undoubtedly affect the opinions of the College Football Playoff Selection Committee and has conference and bowl implications on the line.
The game is slated for a 12 p.m. EST kick-off on Saturday, September 23, in Clemson, South Carolina, and will broadcast on ABC.
