The Battle's End goes public as partner of Florida State Athletics with diverse NIL donation options
Since jumping into the NIL space in December, The Battle's End has quickly developed into a paramount avenue for Florida State to retain and pursue talent. Players such as Jordan Travis, Trey Benson, Jared Verse, Fabien Lovett, and Johnny Wilson have signed deals with the collective, which has recently come to terms with a multitude of transfers and true freshmen including Jaheim Bell, Braden Fiske, Fentrell Cypress II, and Hykeem Williams.

On Thursday, The Battle's End announced that it is officially open for business. The company has been teasing a partnership with Florida State over the past couple of days dating back to Governor Ron DeSantis's decision to sign a bill that will revise NIL laws in the state.
Not only is TBE a partner of Florida State Athletics, but the company is also ready to begin accepting NIL donations from the public, and will be offering diverse options for fans that want to contribute a little, or, a lot.
Fans will have the option to donate monthly or annually, with five different tiers that range from $19.93 a month (to pay homage to FSU's first national title in 1993) to the Diamond tier at $1,000 a month.
There are various benefits and perks to all five of the tiers. If you get in on the ground floor, you'll receive a TBE membership card, a decal, a t-shirt, access to exclusive content, access to a marketplace, and an invitation to a fan festival. At the most expensive tier, donors will receive all of the benefits from Foot Soldier, Gold, Garnet, and Platinum while receiving pre-game sideline access to select home games, invitations to exlusive game weekend events, and invites to in-person events with TBE student-athletes.
Any donor that refers five or more new members will receive a bonus gift and special recognition. There is also a one-time donation open through a non-profit intentity that is pending IRS approval and a $19.50 semi-annual option that is exclusively for students. FSU students with a valid email address who sign up will receive a Battle's End Membership Card, Decal and an invitation to Battle's End student events.

Earlier in the week, head coach Mike Norvell publicly endorsed The Battle's End for the first time. The collective is headed by CEO Ingram Smith.
“Florida State is a special place, filled with special people,” Norvell said. “The Battle’s End is a proud partner of Florida State athletics. It provides a unique opportunity with our student-athletes in not only helping them personally but also professionally throughout their experience in the NIL space.
“We’re excited about what the future holds as we continue to climb back to the top of college football. If you want to help support our student-athletes, please join Battle’s End. Go Noles!"
The Battle's End is making it a point to make an impact on Florida State's student-athletes outside of their abilities on the football field.
The collective sent quarterback Jordan Travis and running back Trey Benson to the Super Bowl earlier in February. Over the weekend, defensive end Jared Verse, defensive tackle Fabien Lovett, and linebacker Kalen DeLoach attended the John Lewis Legacy Institue Gala, which commemorates one of the leaders of the civil rights movement who foughtly tireless against injustice and inequality.
