Former Georgia running back D'Andre Swift is reportedly one of the first running backs off the free agent market, signing with the Chicago Bears.

Well, that didn't last long. Just hours into the NFL's free agency opening on Monday, former Georgia running back D'Andre Swift has reportedly agreed to terms with a new team.

Per Ian Rapaport of NFL.com, Swift has agreed to a deal with the Chicago Bears. The contract is reportedly for 3 years and $24 million. Swift can't officially sign until Wednesday, but it appears he'll be headed to Chicago after a Pro Bowl season in Philadelphia. He had a career year with the Eagles, compiling 1,263 yards on 268 touches and earning his first Pro Bowl selection.

If he does sign with the Bears, he'll be joining a franchise in transition. Chicago holds the No. 1 overall pick. Most experts believe they'll trade current - and former Georgia - quarterback Justin Fields and draft USC's Caleb Williams. Whoever is behind center, they'll benefit from having a back like Swift.
