Brock Bowers Voices His Preferred NFL Draft Landing Spot

Georgia tight end Brock Bowers has made it known what his preferred destination is for the 2024 NFL draft.
In this story:

With it being the offseason, the NFL draft is perhaps the hottest topic of conversation across the landscape of football. Mock drafts are rolling out and NFL organizations are starting to hone in on who they want to target during this year's draft. Georgia tight end Brock Bowers is considered one of the top prospects in this year's draft class, and he has voiced which team he would like to play for when he arrives to the league.

Chris Simms is an NFL analyst and a co-host for Pro Football Talk and he shared on Twitter that they asked Bowers which NFL team he wants to play for and he said the Tennessee Titans. They currently hold the seventh overall pick in this year's draft order, so the Titans are certainly in the realm of possibilities when it comes to potential landing spots for the coveted tight-end prospect. Bowers also shared that of all the players he played with at Georgia, former first-overall pick Travon Walker was the freakiest athlete of the bunch, according to Simms.

The Titans will be working with new head coach Brian Callahan this season after the organization parted ways with Mike Vrabel. Football fans understand the importance of hitting on your first-round draft picks and Bowers certainly looks the part of a sure-fire NFL starter that will last a long time in the professional football league.

Based on what recent NFL mock drafts have predicted, it is assumed that Bowers at the very worst will be a top 15 draft pick this year. Some have placed him inside of the top 10 and others have him slipping right outside of it, but it's safe to say that if you want to select the Georgia tight end, you better be in the front half of the draft order.

Players don't have a say in who gets to call their name when the NFL draft arrives, but if you're the Tennessee Titans, knowing that one of the top prospects in this year's class would happily open up his arms to you has to feel good.
