Brock Bowers is almost assuredly a lock to be a top-15 pick in the upcoming NFL Draft. He discussed how Georgia prepared him for that moment.

Georgia hosted its Pro Day on Wednesday as scouts from around the NFL descended on Athens. Unfortunately for those traveling in, Georgia's two highest-rated players heading into the NFL Draft had to sit out due to injury.

Both Brock Bowers (hamstring) and Amarius Mims (hamstring) did not work out on Wednesday. According to Jordan Reid of ESPN, they'll both participate in private workouts for teams on April 10th. Bowers, a potential top-ten pick, was asked how playing at Georgia has prepared him for the next level.

"I think it's all about the mindset and stuff coming [to Georgia]," said Bowers. "I mean, we work so hard every single day. And I feel like that, like the coaching and the people [that] are around, especially like practicing against. We're practicing against so many talented guys and gifted guys. So I think that helps a lot in the development process."

The upcoming NFL Draft represents the end of his time as a Bulldog, putting an exclamation point on the end of a nearly flawless career for Bowers. During his time in Athens, Bowers won as many national championships (2) and John Mackey Awards (2) as he lost games (2). But when asked what he'd miss the most about being at Georgia, he pointed to his teammates.

"I think I'm just gonna miss all the dudes. I mean, it's tough to just go our separate ways, but it's, I mean, it was awesome to see everyone again today. And, yeah, I think that's what I'm going to miss most."
