For the University of Georgia Bulldogs and many other programs, getting big-time recruits to your campus for visits in the spring is crucial. Head coach Kirby Smart and his Bulldogs have some big names on campus to watch the first week of spring practice, starting on March 14.

The class of 2024 will see some returning faces on campus for visits this week. Some names worth mentioning are RB Kevin Riley, WR commit Sacovie White, and 4-star ATH Kristopher Jones.

Riley, the senior from Northport, AL, carries the load for Tuscaloosa County High School. According to 247 Sports, the RB has 25 offers, including Alabama, Miami, and Tennessee. The 4-star RB stands at a solid 6' 0" and weighs about 192 lbs. With that impressive frame, Riley appears to be a "do it all" running back on film, showing an ability to become an all-purpose back on the college-level, something Georgia's offense has featured in recent years.

As for White, the UGA commit will be on campus for the start of spring practice. 247 Sports rank the class of 2024 as a 3-star prospect who stands at 5' 10" and weighs about 175 lbs. A home-grown product from Cass High School in Cartersville, GA, White holds offers from Maryland, Troy, and Florida A&M, but with coach Bryan McClendon being able to snag an early commitment, expect some player-to-player recruiting to be going on with White and Riley.

Jones, the 4-star ATH from Mountain View High School in Stafford, VA, will be on campus again on March 15-17, according to his Twitter. Receiving offers from other SEC programs such as Tennessee, South Carolina, and Florida, Smart and his defensive staff look to add depth to a young linebacking core, the position 247 Sports has him listed at. Jones' sophomore season was stellar. 142 tackles and 26 tackles for loss, including him taking reps at running back. This is a talent that Smart and his staff can't afford to lose,

Georgia Football Target: QB, Dylan Raiola

Dylan Raiola, the No. 1 quarterback and overall player for the 2024 class, is expected to be in Athens this coming weekend. With the Dawgs on his mind, Raiola is also being heavily recruited by Nebraska, USC, and Oregon. For Smart and the rest of his staff, their main goal will be to land the generational talent of Raiola. Raiola has multiple family ties to Nebraska, his uncle being the offensive line coach and his dad being an All-American center for the Cornhuskers. With that in mind and a new offensive coordinator for the Bulldogs, this visit will be crucial in potentially landing the 2024 phenom.

Smart continues to get an early start on recruiting the 2026 class by hosting big-time prospects like QB Julian "Juju" Lewis. Lewis is a star-studded '26 prospect from Carrollton High School in Carrollton, GA. After leading his team to the 7-A state championship game, where they fell to Mill Creek High School, where he set a state record for most passing yards in a championship game with 517 yards, Lewis earned All-American honors from the Under Armour All-American game and the All-American Bowl.

Smart and the Dawgs continue to pick talent out of the west coast by getting class of 2026 OLB/Edge Shaun Scott on campus this week. Native to California, the Mater Dei High School prospect earned an All-American nod from MaxPreps following his exceptional freshman year. The edge player holds eight offers right now, including Tennessee, Colorado, and Michigan State. Although the 6' 3" prospect does not currently hold an offer from UGA, that may change by the end of the week and his visit.

This past weekend, Smart had 5-star skill players Jeremiah Smith and Peyton Woodyard on campus. Woodyard is a safety commit from St. John Bosco High School, where he is a 2-sport athlete, playing baseball and football. Pairing him and the Ohio State WR commit together on a visit is extremely valuable for Kirby Smart and his staff.

Recruiting players for a college football program is a year-round circus that never seems to end, but with these big names on campus for Georgia this week, expect the recruiting trail to stay hot for Kirby Smart and his Bulldogs.
