CFP Rankings Released - Georgia Remains on Top of CFB

The fourth edition of the College Football Playoff rankings has been released. See where the playoff committee slotted the nation's title contenders after 12 weeks of football.

The fourth edition of the 2023/2024 College Football Playoff Rankings is in the midst of being released. With last week's No. 1 team, Georgia, handling their business in convincing fashion — 38 to 10 win over No. 18 Tennessee — the anticipation at No. 1 seems to be lacking. With "The Game" set to take place this weekend, Michigan and Ohio State's rankings will be simple tailgate fodder on Saturday morning.

However, where the committee chooses to rank the likes of Florida State and Washington along with a litany of capable one-loss football programs, well, that is what people we will be watching closely tonight.
