BREAKING: Amarius Mims Expected to Play vs Ole Miss

Georgia offensive lineman Amarius Mims is expected to make a return from injury against Ole Miss.

Days like today are what college football is all about. Two top-10 teams fighting to keep their postseason hopes alive in a primetime matchup. The Georgia Bulldogs and Ole Miss Rebels are set to kick off at 7 PM tonight, and the reigning back-to-back national champs are expected to gain a crucial piece on offense back from the injury report.

Offensive tackle Amarius Mims is expected to play against Ole Miss tonight after having tight rope surgery after the South Carolina game earlier in the season, according to Pete Thamel. Mims had the same surgery that tight end Brock Bowers had after the Vanderbilt game, and there have been rumblings of both players making a return against the Rebels today.

Georgia is already considered a multiple-score favorite heading into today, and if Georgia can add even just one of Mims or Bowers back into the lineup today, then that will only help their chances of coming out with a win today at home.
