Ladd McConkey "Returns to Practice" Kirby Smart Updates WR's status
Georgia has been without wide receiver Ladd McConkey for the better part of the first four games and has not dressed. Kirby Smart met with the media on Tuesday and he gave the first positive update on McConkey in quite some time it feels like.
Smart said that McConkey got to return to practice on Tuesday and said McConkey, "Got in on plays and ran routes." He continued that they are trying to find out whether or not they would have a role for him or whether or not he would be fully involved.
We are just trying to progress him, whether it’s this week in a role or what.
