Brock Vandagriff Will Remain With the Bulldogs for 2023 Season

Despite rumors following G-Day, it appears that Brock Vandagriff will remain with the team.

As the Bulldogs are tasked with replacing Stetson Bennett in pursuit of a third straight national title, Georgia's quarterback battle has become one of the most closely followed stories of the college football offseason this year.

At last Saturday's G-Day game, the media and fans were given their first glimpse as to where the battle stood as both Brock Vandagriff and Carson Beck participated in the scrimmage. After the game, the popular consensus amongst fans and even the media was that Carson Beck "looked the part" and would be QB1 moving forward. This led to a handful of speculations that Vandagriff would transfer.

However according to Dawgs Daily has learned that Vandagriff is set to return for the 2023 season, Rusty Mansell of 247Sports was first to report.,

While intel on the situation remains low and Kirby Smart has made it abundantly clear that the team is nowhere near naming its starting quarterback. Having both, Vandagriff and Beck on the roster for the 2023 season will provide a massive advantage for a Bulldogs' team that is attempting to win its third straight national title.
