The spring meetings have come and gone in Destin, Florida. Which means shows like Paul Finebaum's on ESPN Radio get numerous chances to sit down with SEC head coaches.

Kirby joined The Paul Finebaum Show today to talk about the Bulldogs upcoming season and the expectations he has for his squad, and as coach Smart has alluded to the majority of this offseason, the Dawgs defensive line and Wide Receiving core are the primary areas of concern as we sit here in late May.

He continued to relay his concern about both of those position groups today by saying "We have missing pieces" and "We are a couple of injuries away from the danger zone"

Smart was also asked his thoughts on moving the Florida-Georgia game back to a traditional home and home series and away from Jacksonville.

He expressed that it put the teams in a disadvantage from a recruiting standpoint because you lose the chance to have visits for one of the biggest games on your schedule every season. Smart said "It'd be like asking Alabama and LSU to play their game every year at a neutral site game and losing those visits"
