The 2024 class for Georgia Tech wrapped up last month with the early signing period and you know what that means?

It's time to quickly move on to the 2025 class.

January is a time for visits for 2025 prospects, though coaching and recruiting staff have been recruiting these kids for some time.

One prospect who announced that he would be visiting Georgia Tech on January 20th is 2025 cornerback Cam Strong, who plays at T.L. Hanna High School in Anderson, SC. Now, Strong does not have an offer yet from the Yellow Jackets, but that is something that could come in the future for the talented defensive back prospect.

Strong does hold offers from Charlotte, Duke, Georgia State, NC State, USF, Virginia Tech, and West Virginia. The 6'0 166 LBS cornerback had a nice junior season and looks like he is trending up for the 2025 class.

As far as the 2025 class goes, Georgia Tech did get some good news regarding one of their top targets last week.

Four-star tight end Marshall Pritchett, who plays at Rabun Gap High School in Georgia, dropped his list of top ten schools this week and among them were the Yellow Jackets. The other schools included Miami, South Carolina, Michigan, Florida State, North Carolina, Tennessee, Auburn, Wisconsin, and Virginia Tech. Pritchett was teammates with 2024 Georgia Tech signee Trey Horne.

Pritchett is going to be one of the top tight ends in next year's recruiting class and should be a big priority for the Yellow Jackets. Pritchett is also a two-sport athlete who plays Lacrosse.

Some stats and info on Pritchett, courtesy of 247Sports director of scouting Andrew Ivins:

2022: Made the position switch from QB to TE/WR. Self-reported 52 catches for 900 yards and 9 TD. Earned some all-conference recognition after helping Rabun Gap-Nacoochee post an 8-4 record.

On the 247Sports Composite, Pritchett is rated as a four-star player, the No. 259 player in the country, the No. 13 tight end, and the No. 31 player in the state of Georgia.
