2025 Wide Receiver Alexander Sanchez Will Visit Georgia Tech
One of the top wide receivers in Georgia will visit Georgia Tech.
Alexander Sanchez plays for Grayson High School in Loganville, Georgia, and will be visiting the Yellow Jackets on the 27th. Sanchez remains a target for the Yellow Jackets in the 2025 class. He attended a prospect camp at Georgia Tech last summer and picked up an official offer from the Yellow Jackets last June.
Sanchez is coming off a strong junior season where he had 42 catches for 661 yards and six touchdowns and was a big part of the offense helping Grayson make it to the semifinals. He was the third-leading receiver for the Grayson Rams in 2023. His best game this past season came against North Paulding in the second round of the playoffs. He had four games in 2023 where he caught five or more passes in a game. Sanchez finished with six catches for 91 yards and a touchdown.
He remains unranked on major recruiting platforms but holds offers from Central Michigan, Louisville, UCF, and Western Michigan.
He was named second-team all-region in 7A. Sanchez was recently invited to two major camps here in Georgia that will take place in February. The National Combine Series hosted by US Army Bowl will be February 3rd and the Under Armour Next Camp Series will take place February 18. Both camps are huge for exposure and putting your name out there for college coaches.
Sanchez has strong hands and a great release off the line, making him a potent deep ball threat. The strong hands allow him to catch the ball in any kind of coverage the defense runs and he can fight through the physicality of the opposing defender. His hudl film shows several defensive backs pressing him and playing tight coverage but Sanchez skying over the defenders and coming up with big-time catches. Lastly, Sanchez is elusive and great in space and can play any into a big one. He’s no stranger to the big lights playing for a powerhouse in the Grayson Rams, but he performs his best when his team needs him.
