Three-Star Athlete Trey Horne Officially Signs with Georgia Tech
Three-star athlete Trey Horne has just officially signed with Georgia Tech.
Horne, who played at Rabun Gap High School in Georgia, had a super productive senior year and is going to make an impact for the Yellow Jackets at the wide receiver position.
Horne was voted to be the MaxPreps player of the week once this season. Horne racked up 159 yards last week and scored a whopping five touchdowns in a win for Rabun Gap. He was a versatile threat for Rabun Gap all year, doing damage at receiver, as a runner, and even as a passer. Horne is one of the players I am the most excited for in this class and think he can make an impact soon for the Yellow Jackets.
According to the 247Sports Composite, Horne is the No. 755 player in the country, the No. 58 athlete, and the No. 85 player in the state of Georgia. He had offers from

"Has also competed in track and field events. As an 11th grader, clocked an 11.27 in the 100-meter dash. Also posted a 20-8.25 effort in the long jump.
2022: Transferred into Rabun Gap-Nacoochee where he reclassified. Got snaps on both sides of the ball, but did most of his damage at WR. Caught 47 passes for 772 yards and 7 TD. Also carried the ball 57 times for 532 yards and 14 TD. On defense, was credited with 14 tackles. Earned All-Conference honors.2022: Played QB while at Piedmont (S.C.) Wren."
