Georgia Tech is hoping to move up in the ACC Recruiting rankings

There are only two more official visit weekends in the month of June and there is a lot of moving around going on in the ACC recruiting rankings.

Georgia Tech continues to add commits and will have another big official visit weekend to do so coming up. This week, three-star running back Trelain Maddox joined the class, as did tight end David Prince. Brent Key and Georgia Tech currently sit 10th in the ACC according to 247Sports, but they are hoping to move up by the end of the month.

Pitt moves up two spots from 4th to 2nd and Pat Narduzzi has put together a solid class for the Panthers. Pitt currently holds 19 commits and the only criticism I would have of this class is that the average rating for the Panthers recruits is 86.6, which is 10th in the ACC.

Clemson continues to hold the top spot and the highest average rating. Dabo Swinney and the Tigers did not add any five stars this week, but they are still the class of the conference.

North Carolina and Florida State remain in the top four, but one team that saw a big jump from last week was Duke. The Blue Devils hold the 6th ranked class in the conference and Mike Elko has brought in two four-star players.

Virginia Tech, Miami, and Louisville are the three teams above Georgia Tech. Miami and Louisville seem to be the schools that could move up the most. Miami hosted several five-star prospects last weekend and have more on the way this weekend.

Virginia, Syracuse, Boston College, and NC State make up the bottom four of the conference. All four schools have at least seven commits.

Duke and Pitt seem to be the biggest winners of the past week, but as any fan of any school knows, recruiting is a wild ride and things can change quickly.
