Young and Georgia Tech parted ways today

Georgia Tech and 2024 wide receiver prospect Koby Young parted ways today. Young was the fifth-highest-rated member of the 2024 class according to 247Sports. According to the 247Sports Composite, Young is the No. 508 player in the country, the No. 72 overall wide receiver, and the No. 13 player in the state of Louisiana. Other offers that Young has include Houston, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida State, LSU, Miami, Nebraska, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Texas, and Texas A&M, among others.

With Young no longer in the class, Georgia Tech's 2024 class now ranks 42nd overall in the 247Sports recruiting rankings.
