Georgia Tech Player Ratings in Madden '21
On Friday, EA Sports released their ratings for the upcoming version of the video game Madden '21. With several Georgia Tech players in the NFL, All Yellow Jackets looked up these players to find out the ratings in the upcoming game. Right guard Shaq Mason was the highest ranked former Jacket at 86, while tight end Darren Waller was rated an 85.
Below are the ratings for Tech players listed in the game, which will be released on August 25, 2020:
Shaq Mason - Right Guard - Patriots 86
Darren Waller - Tight End - Raiders 85
Harrison Butker - Kicker - Chiefs 82
Jeremiah Attaochu - Outside Linebacker - Broncos 69
Chris Milton - Cornerback - Titans 62
Tyler Davis - Tight End - Jaguars 61
Tidbits:
- Mason: In his first five pro seasons, Mason started 70 regular-season games with New England. He has played in 12 playoff games, including Super Bowls LI, LII and LIII. Heading into the 2019 season, Pro Football Focus rated him as one of the top 50 players in the NFL.
- Waller: He had a strong start to the 2019 season. In the first five games of the season, Waller totaled 37 catches for 359 receiving yards - leading the team in both categories. Last season, he started all 16 games for Oakland and amassed 1,145 receiving yards and 3 touchdowns.
- Butker: His 89.7 career field-goal percentage (minimum 100 attempts) is second in NFL history. Butker has 426 career points so far, an NFL record for any player in their first three seasons. He holds numerous franchise records and won Super Bowl LIV with the Chiefs. He made a 31-yard field goal and all four of his extra points in this year's Super Bowl.
