Georgia Tech Reveals Uniform Combination for Game vs Clemson
Kickoff for Georgia Tech's rivalry game vs Clemson is less than 48 hours away and like they typically do on Thursdays, Georgia Tech revealed the uniform combination that they will be wearing for Saturday's game in Death Valley.
Georgia Tech will be wearing white helmets, white uniforms, and gold pants this Saturday. The team released a hype video unveiling their uniform choice for Saturday and none other than Georgia Tech legend Joe Hamilton narrated the video.
Georgia Tech will travel to Clemson to face the Tigers and it has been a while since the Yellow Jackets have seen victory against the Tigers. 2014 was the last time that Georgia Tech was able to beat Clemson and 2008 was the last time that they beat Clemson in Death Valley.
Brent Key has gotten his team ready to play in the underdog role plenty of times. They were 20-point underdogs to Miami and went on the road and won. Against North Carolina, the Yellow Jackets were 12-point underdogs and won that game outright in a thriller.
Clemson has had an off year and does not look like the same team that has dominated the ACC for the past decade. They are 5-4, but they were able to get a big win against Notre Dame last Saturday. The defense is still one of the best in the country and has future NFL players like Jeremiah Trotter Jr and Barrett Carter. Georgia Tech has one of the best offenses in the ACC, but they will face a huge challenge on Saturday against Clemson.
The offense for Clemson has been the main issue. The Tigers are a turnover-prone team that lacks a big threat at receiver, but they are still talented.
Georgia Tech vs Clemson kicks off this Saturday at 12:00 p.m. on ABC.
