It's only two games into the season, but redshirt freshman Braden Huff has certainly exceeded expectations as the leading scorer for the No. 11 Gonzaga Bulldogs.

The 6-foot-10 forward has provided more than just a spark off the bench, with 21.0 points and 7.5 rebounds per game in just 17.0 minutes of playing time. He went 18-for-24 from the field in Gonzaga's first two wins of the season, including 3-of-5 from beyond the arc. Mark Few mentioned after the season opener that the redshirt year really helped Huff, and it's clearly paid dividends early in his collegiate career.

"The year off was great for me," Huff said after the exhibition win over Lewis-Clark State on Nov. 3. "Watching a ton of basketball last year and kind of seeing the speed and seeing how it's just different from high school was was big for me, and I think it's allowed me to kind of come into this role that I got this year."

Former Gonzaga All-American Adam Morrison broke down what he's seen from Huff and why he believes the redshirt freshman is poised for a bigger role as the season goes along on a new episode of The Perimeter.
