Charles Barkley on Drew Timme's 4th foul: 'That was a bad call ... I hate that call'

But we will never know.
The Huskies rolled to an 82-54 victory over Gonzaga in the Elite Eight, but the game turned on one very significant play.
Gonzaga star Drew Timme - who was coming off of a 36-point, 13-rebound performance against UCLA - picked up his fourth foul with 17:39 left in the game on a controversial call that came on what most would consider a standard basketball play.
Timme went to the bench after the play, and UConn responded with an 18-5 run that effectively put the game away. Here is the call:
After the game, the TBS college basketball crew reacted to the foul call. And they did not like it.
"That was a bad call in that situation," said Charles Barkley. "I hate that call."
"The play is going down to the other end of the court," said former Villanova coach Jay Wright. "They've gotta kind let that go in any game because there wasn't an advantage gained by the rebounder."
"It was more incidental contact that looked worse than it was," said Clark Kellogg. "In the spirit of the rule that shouldn't have been called."
