Dan Dickau wants to see more from Gonzaga's Luka Krajnovic: 'I've seen bright spots from him'

Bulldogs freshman has averaged 6.7 minutes off the bench since returning from injury

The Gonzaga Bulldogs have been humming lately amid a four-game win streak that has seen some of the best offensive numbers from the team this season. Aside from a few tune-ups defensively, things are trending in the right direction heading down the stretch of West Coast Conference play.

If anything, Mark Few's program could benefit from some added help off the bench, particularly from freshman guard Luka Krajnovic. Since returning from a broken hand injury suffered in December, Krajnovic is averaging 6.7 minutes off the bench and putting up 4.3 points. Most importantly, more opportunities for Krajnovic means more rest for Nolan Hickman and Ryan Nembhard.

"I think that’s the biggest thing right now is get Krajnovic to where he, as well as everyone else, is comfortable with him getting at least eight minutes a game," said Dan Dickau on Gonzaga Nation. "I think if you can get him comfortable for eight-ish minutes a game, that’s going to help Gonzaga.”

Dickau broke down what he's seen from Gonzaga's freshman and much more on a new Gonzaga Nation episode.
