The Gonzaga Bulldogs have entered a new era.

Drew Timme, the program's all-time leading scorer, departed the program after four decorated seasons. Julian Strawther is now with the Denver Nuggets following his three standout years in the Gonzaga uniform. And after losing a trio of role players and reserves over the offseason, there aren't many familiar faces on the 2023-24 squad.

Mark Few has ushered in a new chapter of Zags basketball through the transfer portal and international recruiting trails. He brought in Ryan Nembhard (Creighton), Graham Ike (Wyoming) and Steele Venters (Eastern Washington) to help fill the voids left by his former all-conference players. Luka Krajnovic (Croatia) and Pavle Stosic (Serbia) were late additions, while Jun Seok Yeo and Dusty Stromer are set to make their long-awaited debuts. With six new faces on the team, there will be plenty of fine-tuning and kinks to work out as the season goes along.

Because while the newcomers have experience from previous stops, they'll have to come together to embrace the Gonzaga culture.

ESPN college basketball analyst and former coach Seth Greenberg broke down how this season is different than previous years for the Gonzaga basketball program on a new episode of the Gonzaga Nation podcast.
