Roger Powell had a ton of success at Gonzaga.

Over four years as Mark Few's assistant coach, Powell helped the Zags compile a 121-13 record, including four West Coast Conference titles, four Sweet 16 appearances, two Elite Eights and a national championship game appearance in 2021.

Now the head coach at Valparaiso, Powell said he plans to bring much of what he learned at Gonzaga to his new program. On the latest episode of the Gonzaga Nation podcast, Powell has a wide-ranging conversation with Dan Dickau about what he learned from Few, Tommy Lloyd and many others.
