RECRUITING: Texas Athlete Grayson Rigdon Commits To Air Force Football

Air Force football picked up a notable commitment over the weekend in the form of 2025 recruit Grayson Rigdon.

A native of Benjamin, Texas, Rigdon announced his commitment to Troy Calhoun's program via X this past weekend. He was listed as a three-star recruit by On3.

Playing a mix of linebacker, quarterback, running back and more, Rigdon was a member of three state championship teams in high school and was twice a finalist for Mr. Texas Football Player of the Year. Also a talented basketball player, Rigdon was a finalist for Mr. Texas Basketball Player of the Year, averaging over 40 points per game, per ncsasports.org.

Before choosing Air Force, Rigdon also took visits to UTSA, New Mexico State, Texas Tech, and Arizona, per Rivals.com.

RIgdon's first opportunity to sign his letter of intent will be on December 4, 2024.
