TRANSFER PORTAL: Troy EDGE Zach Edwards Enters Portal
A member of the Troy Trojans' latest Sun Belt championship team, defensive end Zach Edwards is on the lookout for his third FBS school. Edwards announced his entrance into the transfer portal earlier this week.

Edwards appeared in all 14 games for Troy this past season, totaling 18 tackles with a sack. He also deflected two passes and blocked a kick.
Prior to Troy, Edwards spent the previous three seasons at Louisville. Edwards had six total tackles and half a tackle for a loss as a Cardinal. Listed at 6'3" and 280 pounds, Edwards was a three-star recruit in the class of 2019. He played for Starkville High School in Mississippi.
The spring transfer portal window opens on April 15. Edwards has announced that he has already received scholarship offers from Appalachian State, Texas State, Jacksonville State and Western Kentucky.
