Somehow, the biggest sport in football currently is Taylor Swift, who's been seen at multiple Kansas City Chiefs games this season in support of her boyfriend Travis Kelce. As a result, a huge influx of young fans are taking an interest the game.

As we see the sport get that audience bump from one of the biggest entertainment stars, we can't help but wonder - Does Taylor Swift's interest in the game extend to the G5? More importantly, does she have a favorite G5 team?

We have no idea. But, we can make educated guesses and/or recommendations for that gateway program.

Frankly until last season, the answer might have been the Cincinnati Bearcats - the program that produced Kelce, as well as his brother. But, they're now off to the Big 12.

We know that Taylor Swift is a Pennsylvania native, and a Philadelphia Eagles fan. So, how about a team that currently plays in the Eagles' stadium? A trip home could include a stop off to check in on Stan Drayton's squad.

With roots in country music and having spent a decent chunk of her life in the Nashville suburbs, the MTSU Blue Raiders have that in common with Swift. Floyd Stadium would be electric if she happened to make an appearance.

One of Taylor Swift's several homes is in the posh western Rhode Island area. Her song The Last Great American Dynasty is a story that takes place there. An hour to the Northwest are Storrs and Hartford - home of the Connecticut Huskies and the closest FBS football program to that home. The 0-5 Huskies could use a pick-me-up.
