What's Halloween without a story of a little costumed shenanigans?

ESPN' Pete Thamel and Adam Rittenberg published a story on Tuesday afternoon regarding photos and stills from the broadcast of Central Michigan's season opener against Michigan State that show a man resembling Michigan staffer Connor Stalions on CMU's sideline, dressed as a CMU assistant.

CMU athletic director said in a statement to ESPN that the school was aware of the images and "in the process of determining the facts surrounding them. As this process is ongoing, we have no further comment at this time." CMU became reportedly became aware of the images late Monday night.

The Athletic obtained additional photos of the person in question and included them in a story on the subject later in the afternoon on Tuesday.

Stalions is currently at the center of an investigation into whether or not the Michigan football program stole coaching signals of opposing staffs.

ESPN and other outlets have previously reported that Stalions purchased tickets at various other Big Ten schools, or paid other people to attend and film the sidelines of future Michigan opponents.
