Week 7 produced several notable results from the Group of Five, including ones that earned two G5 teams spots in the AP Top 25. From the MAC to the Mountain West, dramatic games with dramatic results were somewhat the norm.

Here were the top plays from the Group of Five's Week Seven slate that helped make the weekend great.

Jalen Royals, With All The Fixin's

While it was in a losing effort, Utah State's Jalen Royals continued a streak of stellar performances this week against Fresno State.

Royals finished the night with seven catches for 152 yards and two touchdowns. It was his third consecutive game with at least two touchdowns and at least 125 yards receiving.

On a two-point conversion attempt for the Aggies, Royals ran a reverse into the end zone, complete with a successful pass fake that gave him just enough space from three separate defenders to reach the ball over the goal line.

EMU Onside Kick Touchdown

Right at the start of Saturday's slate, we got one of the best scores of the college football weekend.

Kent State attempted an onside kick on the opening kickoff of their contest against Eastern Michigan in Ypsilanti. Senior EMU defensive back Kendrick Nowling was able to recover the kick attempt and subsequently won a foot race with Kent State's coverage unit to the end zone.

EMU have now returned three kickoffs for touchdowns this season, which leads all of FBS.

Colorado State Hail Mary

It's been an up-and-down start to the year in more ways than one for 3-3 Colorado State. That being said, the Rams are undeniably one of college football's most physical and aggressive teams this season. That worked in their favor on Saturday.

CSU rallied back from being down 30-10 with seven minutes remaining in their home game against Boise State. Down a touchdown with 33 seconds left, the Rams began their final possession from their own 12-yard line. They quickly made it into Boise State territory and Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi threw a 33-yard touchdown pass to tight end Dallin Holker. In a remarkable display of concentration, Holker caught the ball a microsecond before it hit the turf after Boise State attempted to bat it away.
