The Boise State Broncos' star sophomore running back Ashton Jeanty has been rewarded for his stellar 2023 campaign.

The Mountain West Conference announced Jeanty as the league's Offensive Player of the Year on Tuesday morning. Jeanty rushed for 1,113 yards in 2023, averaging 6.1 yards per carry in the regular season. Jeanty also caught 37 passes for 537 yards through the air. He had 18 total touchdowns on offense.

Jeanty is the first Boise State player to win Mountain West Offensive POTY since quarterback Brett Rypien in 2018. He's the first Boise State running back to win the award.

Additionally, Jeanty is the first FBS player with at least 1,000 yards rushing and 500 receiving yards since 2019.

UNLV host Jeanty and Boise State in the 2023 Mountain West Championship, which will kick off on Saturday, December 2, at 3 PM ET on FOX.
