With March upon us, it's time to start getting serious about what some rising G5 programs need to do to take the next step.

This week, Joe Londergan chats with ESPN Honolulu host and former Hawaii Rainbow Warriors quarterback Hunter Hughes. Hawaii took noticeable steps forward in 2023. Now, with most of their production from last season returning, can they improve further and get to a bowl game? What do they need to do in order to make that happen?

Then, Joe is joined by Eric Henry of 247Sports and Kara Richey of The Ticket Radio Network to discuss the Arkansas State Redwolves. A-State are still in search of their first winning season under Butch Jones, but came dangerously close in 2023 after showing much improvement in key areas.
