This week, Joe Londergan is joined by Western Kentucky head football coach Tyson Helton as his team begins spring practice.

The Hilltoppers are coming off of yet another trip to the postseason that ended with a massive comeback win in the Famous Toastery Bowl. The Hilltoppers also had one of the more notable transfer signings in the Group of Five with the addition of ex-Texas State quarterback TJ Finley. In order to reach their 2024 goals, WKU will also need to see defensive leadership from returners like Upton Stout, among others.

Plus, Eric Henry of 247Sports briefly drops by to talk mixtapes and other ways of getting through the offseason.
