NEW ORLEANS, La - HBCU Legacy Bowl week will officially kick off hosting the 2023 HBCU Combine at the New Orleans Saints' Ochsner Sports Performance Center in Metairie, LA from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM CT on Feb. 20.

Last season, the event was held in Mobile, Alabama, before the Reese's Senior Bowl. "What the NFL has done is to partner with us and the Black College Football Hall of Fame to have the HBCU Combine in New Orleans along with the Legacy Bowl," Doug Williams said to HBCU Legends. "Because a lot of those guys who are going to be at the HBCU Combine will transition into playing in an HBCU Legacy Bowl game. I thought it was a great thing for us to have."
