An Early Look at Indiana Women's Basketball 2023-24 Roster
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — It's early in the offseason as the Indiana women's basketball season ended on March 20 in Bloomington, but here's a look at who the Hoosiers have left and which players graduated or entered the transfer portal.
At the conclusion of the season, graduate student starting point guard Grace Berger and graduate student forward Alyssa Geary graduated after five seasons of collegiate basketball. Berger spent all five seasons with Indiana as Geary transferred in last season from Providence.
Berger averaged 31.9 minutes per game and was second on the team in scoring with 12.9 points per contest. There are several options on the list below to take her position.
Two freshmen in guards Lenée Beaumont and Jules LaMendola are fresh off their respective state's Gatorade Player of the Year honor as head coach Teri Moren has said by fans that she 'reloads', not rebuilds.
Forwards Kiandra Browne and Mona Zaric are the only two players who have entered the transfer portal in the postseason. As of now, there hasn't been any talks about Indiana picking up other players out of the portal.
The unofficial roster includes two true freshmen, four sophomores, no juniors, three seniors and two fifth years.
